Ethiopia – Legumes Integrated Value-Chain Study

Resilience developed a study for a number of legume value-chains in Ethiopia. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation commissioned the study with the aim of receiving advise on their future interventions. The study was carried out with a number of local Universities and in a highly interactive way with a number of focus group discussions and feedback sessions. The resulting value-chain and cost price analyses were made for six leguminous crops: soybean, faba bean, haricot bean, lentils, chickpea and groundnut
